Welcome to SNOSIP. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SNOSIP – a sole proprietorship registered in France. We operate this website and provide all related content, features, and services (hereinafter the “Services”). SNOSIP is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Services. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Certain features may require the creation of an account; you agree to provide accurate information and to safeguard your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account remains your responsibility.
2 – CONTENT AND PRODUCTS
We present our products with care; however, slight variations (colors/display depending on screen settings) may occur. Descriptions and availability may change at any time. Quantity limitations or geographic sales restrictions may apply.
3 – ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by SNOSIP after payment. In case of impossibility (unavailability, suspected fraud, obvious error), we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Purchase, delivery, return, and refund conditions are detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy.
4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping fees and any applicable taxes displayed before payment. You agree to keep your payment and contact information up to date.
5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Delivery times are estimated. In accordance with consumer law, risk transfers to you only upon actual delivery (unless you appoint a carrier not offered by us). Delivery terms are detailed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website and our social media channels (texts, visuals, logos, videos, layouts, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of SNOSIP or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS
Certain features are provided by third parties (applications, widgets, etc.). They are provided “as is.” Your use of these tools implies acceptance of their respective terms and conditions.
8 – LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
External links may be provided. We have no control over these websites and disclaim any responsibility for their content, practices, or your transactions with them. Please review their terms and policies carefully.
9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SNOSIP uses Shopify’s infrastructure to host and operate the online store. Sales are concluded directly between you and SNOSIP; Shopify is not a party to the transaction. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details regarding Shopify’s role as a technical processor.
10 – PERSONAL DATA
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (link available in the footer). It details the legal bases, data recipients, your GDPR rights, and the use of cookies.
11 – REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND USER CONTENT
If you publish reviews or submit suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use them for purposes related to the Services (promotion, improvement, etc.). You warrant that you have the necessary rights and will refrain from posting unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. We may moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms.
12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Despite our efforts, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any information and, where applicable, cancel an order with a full refund.
13 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the Services for unlawful purposes, infringing on the rights of others, disrupting the operation of the website (viruses, scraping, spam, etc.), impersonating others, or bypassing security measures. We may suspend accounts in case of violation.
14 – TERMINATION
We may restrict or suspend access to the Services in case of non-compliance with these Terms. Clauses that, by nature, survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law, etc.) shall remain in effect.
15 – LEGAL WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory legal rights:

16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, SNOSIP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper use of the Services. This limitation does not apply in cases of breach of legal obligation, gross negligence or willful misconduct, damage to life or physical integrity, or the enforcement of the aforementioned legal guarantees.
17 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours at any time to an affiliate or successor entity.
18 – MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure by SNOSIP to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver.
19 – GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute may be brought before the competent French courts. Consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. Information regarding consumer mediation is provided in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
20 – MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on the website at the time of consultation. In the event of substantial changes, appropriate notice will be provided.
