SNOSIP is a sole proprietorship selling flexible water bottles for children, designed for hydration during sports and outdoor activities.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of SNOSIP and the customer in the context of the online sale of products offered on www.snosip.com.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the product pages.
Photographs are non-contractual but faithfully represent the products.
SNOSIP shall not be held liable for minor differences between the visual presentation and the delivered product.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).
SNOSIP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are indicated before final validation of the order.
5. Orders
Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes firm and final acceptance of these T&Cs.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the purchase details.
SNOSIP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous payment dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Customers may pay by credit card via a secure payment platform (Shopify Payments).
SNOSIP never has access to the customer’s banking details.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped from our logistics partner BestFulfill to mainland France and European Union countries.
Average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation.
In the event of a shipping delay, an informational email will be sent to the customer.
SNOSIP shall not be held liable for delays or losses attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of preparation errors or defective products confirmed by SNOSIP.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
9. Liability
SNOSIP shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
The customer is solely responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and cleaning of the bottles in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging.
10. Personal Data
SNOSIP is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data collected on the website.
The information collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.
It is never shared with third parties without consent.

11. Intellectual Property
All elements present on www.snosip.com and on the official social media accounts of the SNOSIP brand (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), including texts, visuals, logos, photos, videos, graphics, and promotional content, are the exclusive property of SNOSIP.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under intellectual property law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact SNOSIP in order to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent court within the jurisdiction of the defendant’s domicile or the place of actual delivery of the product.

14. Website Use
Access to www.snosip.com is reserved for personal use.
Users agree not to use the website in violation of applicable laws or in a manner that could harm its proper functioning (hacking attempts, distribution of malicious content, etc.).
SNOSIP reserves the right to suspend access to the website in cases of abusive or fraudulent use.
