⏱ Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are prepared by our logistics partner BestFulfill and shipped from our warehouse in China.

International transit + delivery to mainland France: on average 5–10 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may vary slightly during peak periods (holidays, promotions, public holidays, etc.).
We do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
💶 Shipping Fees
At SNOSIP, shipping is 100% free, regardless of the order amount or delivery location (France, Belgium, or Luxembourg).
No hidden fees: the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly via the link provided or through your customer account.

📦 Package Delivery
Please carefully inspect your package upon delivery.
In case of missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the product and packaging.
⏰ Delivery Delays
In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days after shipment, you may request a full refund.
SNOSIP shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping address before confirming your order.
SNOSIP cannot be held responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In such cases, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
🔁 Returns and Exchanges

No returns should be made without prior approval from our customer service team.
