Refund policy
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your SNOSIP order 💧.
However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
🕓 Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged)

Be complete (with its tags and in its original packaging)

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the package.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order preparation errors or defective products confirmed by SNOSIP.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🧊 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution (refund or replacement).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you would like a different model or color, we invite you to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order on our website.
💳 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
