Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel or modify an order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
Once the order has been processed by our logistics partner or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.
If cancellation is possible and payment has already been made, all amounts paid will be fully refunded using the payment method used for the order.
If the order has already been shipped, the consumer retains their legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the product, under the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
This cancellation policy does not limit the consumer's statutory rights, particularly in the event of late delivery or a non-compliant or defective product.
